FOUR ITALIAN FRIENDS IN THE KITCHEN

Our story begins a long time ago...the 8th grade to be exact! A lot has changed since then, however, a few things have remained the same…namely our love and passion for food, in particular for desserts. Our childhood was spent in Rome, wandering through the many cafés tucked around the small, ancient streets eating amazing, freshly made desserts like Tiramisu.

As we all grew, we each started down our own paths, not knowing what the future had in store for us, but all the while maintaining two common interests – Food and Friendship! Oliviero’s path took him into the food world and it was he who, 20 years later, reunited all of us in California with one exact aim – to make great, natural Italian desserts like we used to have back in Italy!

Our artisanal Italian desserts are based on traditional recipes that come directly from Italy. We use simple, natural ingredients to make our single serve desserts which are free of any artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, and preservatives. Our ingredients are sourced from local sustainable farms, and our milk and cream is 100% rBsT free.
